Our Policy for your perfect trip
PAY:
- Reservations will be charged for 100% of the total price and are subject, in case of cancellations, to the conditions described in the subsequent section.
- Up to 5 days before arrival, 100% refundable cancellation.
- Within those 5 days and up to 3 days before arrival, 40% refund.
- Within 3 days prior to arrival date without the possibility of refund.
NO SHOW POLICY:
- If you do not show up without informing, as indicated in the previous section, you must pay the total amount of the stay without the possibility of a refund.
