The villa is provided with central heating, air conditioning, TV with lots of channels and Wi-Fi.The lower floor contains a dining/ sitting room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom and a washing machine in a scullery. The first floor consists of two wide bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them is ensuite.
There is a direct access from the dining/sitting room to a big covered terrace and a very big angled sun terrace with sunbeds and barbeque area.
The garden is nicely laid out with natural grass plus lemon and orange trees all around.
There is a direct view from the garden to the 1st green and 9th tee and fairway to the clubhouse and the mountains in the background.
A swimming pool is just next to the property (10 meters aprox) and is shared only in between very few houses so it never looks occupied as most of the properties in that community have their own pools. There is a toilet, shower and sunbeds in the pool area available.
There is private parking space for a car.

Guests have access to the entire villa.
Additional facilities that you can enjoy in Las Colinas Golf&Country Club (for a small extra fee) are: golf, gym, spa, massage, tennis court and paddle courts.

There are 35 golf clubs and golf courses near Orihuela Costa apart of Las Colinas which is surely one of the best ones. It is a short drive from the famous blue flag beaches of Costa Blanca. A perfect place to enjoy the sun, sea and sand. A big shopping center La Zenia Boulevard is only 15 minutes. Over here you will find numerous shops and places to eat.
Alicante and its airport are approximately 70 km away and Corvera airport is around 60 km away.
Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar Nature Reserve is a 15-minute drive away.
